Ask for advice from a sales assistant. Make sure to stick to the tightening torque for the disc, 6N.mRemember to apply a small amount of thread-locking fluid to the disc screw threads.

Regularly check the tension of the spokes and that your wheel is not bent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner on the wheel bearings

Need to adjust for v brakes

Looks great and works well but is best used with disc brakes because the hub is offset for a disc and the wheel is not central in the forks, my bike has v brakes so the brake blocks didn't fit. I needed to move the spacers in the brake blocks to offset the them to accommodate the offset wheel and fit a thick washer to the wheel spindle to move the wheel more central in the forks. After lots of adjustments the wheel fits and the brakes work normally

26" front wheel

Bought this with the matching rear. Decent enough wheel. Double rimmed and quite light. Well made. Skewers are quite light also and look sturdy. If switching a standard tube over onto this wheel you may find the 40mm valve a little short. It does come through the wheel but with little to spare!
