Which side should go on the floor?

Put the grey side of the mat on the floor and the other colour facing you! The other side of the mat is designed to withstand your shoes being on it.

Remember to clean your mat frequently

You'll need some soapy water and a cloth! Clean the mat and leave it to dry before putting it away.

A handy tip

You can also fold the mat over itself for an extra layer of cushioning when doing exercises on your knees. That's what we do, and it works like a charm! :) !
