These two ventilated components help ventilate the back.The adjustable chest strap improves the distribution of the load on the shoulders. The waist belt provides improved support.It is also equipped with 2 thumb rests.

It keeps food cool for 5 hours without ice blocks.So you can set off in peace for a tasty hike!And to keep you dry when eating, this hiking bag also contains a removable 60 x 80 cm rug stored at the bottom of the bag.

You adjust your NH Arpenaz 500 hiking rucksack as follows:1 - Loosen all the straps (shoulder straps, belt, load adjuster straps);2 - Put the rucksack on;3 – Tighten the shoulder straps;4 - Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed.

Place heavy material in the bottom of your NH Arpenaz 500 hiking backpack. Pack your clothes around these items. Keep your waterproof jacket and/or fleece within arm’s reach. Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder will be placed in the compartment provided along the back, and the water bottle in the outer flask holder pockets provided for this purpose.
