So cozy and warm

Very comfortable and warm. As you would expect this to be lightweight and soft to the feel, tested and does the job.

Used in arctic exped and Kyrg exped winter. Great.

Have used this for a season on various winter splitboarding trips. Been down to -25c and was toasty warm where friends were shivering in other brands. Love this coat. Packs small. Light enough to bring everywhere.

Recommended to visit old soviet countries

Discovered the jacket by a famous YouTuber

Very comfortable, lightweight and protective

I have used this duck down jacket for 2 winter seasons in Boston, US and northeastern states. The temperature often goes below -20 degree C in winter here. The design of this jacket is so perfect that I absolutely didn't face any issues during winter with this jacket on. Sometimes I would just wear a half sleeve shirt inside and still would feel comfortable. The only drawback is, this jacket is NOT waterproof/ water-resistant. It'll get soaked in water quickly, which would be undesirable. So, you may have to remove the accumulated snow over it (during snowstorms etc). I also have washed this jacket in a laundromat washer and dryer. No issues there too.

Great jacket

Great Jacket what more can I say

Malaku II Down Jacket - Red Simond

Good size and fit, well made with good materials, light and warm. Pockets seal with zips, spacious inside pockets too. The hood fits well and the tougher material used on the forearms is a good design idea. All this at a very reasonable price, as usual from Decathlon.

Excellent Use In EBC 2021

Used it during EBC trek in Mar 2021. Used it after each day's trek and the jacket kept me warm as a toast till the next morning. Ultra light and ultra warm!

Poor built quality

No complains on the performance. Worked well on Chadar Trek. But the built quality is poor. With just one usage the stitching is coming off at multiple places and even the down feather leaking from the same

Makalu

Wore it in -10°C and didn't feel cold at all. It's the best in its range

Cool

Thanks

Its complete waste of money

I wear this down jacket on a snow trek where the temperature is around -5c and after 40-50 min of the trek my jacket getting wet because of the fresh snowmelt which is on the jacket. So I dont this jacket is useful to me. and one more thing decathlon store is denied my return request,

The everywear!

I used this for a 9 day trek along the Indo-Nepal border at an altitude of 14,500+ feet. The jacket is super comfortable and light. Keeps you snug and protected from the freezing wind chill.
